Privacy
We try to collect as little as possible, store it securely, and never sell it. Here's exactly what happens.
What we collect
- Account info — your email, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile fields.
- Usage — the prompts you run, the lead lists you generate, and credit consumption. We need this to run the service and to bill you.
- Technical — IP address, browser, and device info captured by standard server logs and analytics, kept for up to 90 days.
How we use it
- To run prompts and return leads to you.
- To meter credits, process payments, and prevent abuse.
- To keep you signed in and protect your account.
- To improve the product — aggregated, never tied back to you individually.
We do not train AI models on your prompts or lead lists. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Who we share with
Only the third parties needed to run LeadGen:
- Google Places — receives your prompt to fetch matching businesses.
- AI providers — receive your prompt and conversation to generate the response.
- Stripe — handles payments when you buy credits. We never see your card details.
- Cloud hosting — where the service runs and your data is stored.
Where it's stored
Data lives in EU and US cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are kept for 30 days for disaster recovery.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies — one to keep you signed in, and a privacy-first analytics cookie to understand which pages get used. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Close your account and have it wiped within 30 days.

Children
LeadGen isn't for kids. You need to be 16+ to use it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll update the date above and email you about material changes.
